Mr. West’s reaction to country singer Taylor Swift beating out Beyonce Knowles for Best Female Video adds to the Chicago rapper’s notoriously entertaining award show tirades. But were his actions at Radio City Music Hall too heartless? He thought so. Later the producer-artist, who was escorted from the venue, took to his blog to issue an apology after Knowles let Swift continue her acceptance speech during her big moment (The Houston singer won the network’s big prize Video of the Year). I’m sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom,” wrote Kanye on kanyeuniversecity.com. “…She is very talented! I like the lyrics about being a cheerleader and she’s in the bleachers! I’m in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment! “Beyoncé’s video was the best of this decade!!!! I’m sorry to my fans if I let you guys down!!!! I’m sorry to my friends at MTV.
