T.I. just got out of prison and he’s already back at the center of legal trouble. According to TMZ, the King of the South is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition by the television network Akoo, over the rapper using the same name for fashion label, Akoo Clothing Company. The lawsuit comes right on the heels of criticism for T.I.’s risque Akoo billboard, which features a woman licking her lips while leaning her head against a male model’s crotch.

Where is Erykah Badu at? She’s right here, and with the release of her upcoming album, New Amerykah Part II: Return Of The Ankh dropping in only 11 days, she decided to give everybody a sneak peek of her album cover yesterday, and it’s pretty damn trippy. The album art is by Emek, who has also produced art for acts such as The Beastie Boys and B.B. King. You can see this, along with her equally trippy kaleidoscope video for “Jump In The Air And Stay There,” featuring Lil Wayne, a non album track. The album hits stores March 30.

It seems like the numerous question marks regarding when Diddy‘s Last Train to Paris was going to leave the station are finally answered. Apparently, he called Tim Westwood while out in England recently to confirm that his anticipated pop album is hitting the streets on June 22. “We revving that train up,” Diddy said on the call. “We want to set it up the right way, we want to take our time and drop two more singles, drop a bunch of videos.”
