Former Violator President To Speak At Spelman NYC Chapter Fundraiser

When it comes to college attendance, Kanye West is an exception to the rule. For that reason, Spelman’s New York alumni branch (NY-NAASC) is holding a fundraiser to help incoming students afford to go the distance to a degree.

The event takes place tomorrow at New York City’s Kenkeleba Gallery (June 5), and will feature a keynote address from Mona Scott-Young, former co-owner and president of Violator Management, as well as a silent auction sponsored by Heritage Link Brands.

Donations directly support college-bound ladies eager to start at the all-female HBCU. Interested? Click here for more information.
