Lil Wayne Added To Guiness Book Of World Records Twice This Year

Lil Wayne has entered the Guinness Book of World Records twice this year.

He was first inducted by having the most “likes” on Facebook and now he has the most songs to enter the US Hot 100 Charts by any hip-hop artist, a total of 82 songs. Jay-Z is trailing behind with 66 sings, while the Glee Cast has the most of any artist on the charts with 156 songs. 

Weezy first entered the Hot 100 with his track “Shine” featuring The Hot Boys back in 2000, it peaked at 96. Since then only “Lollipop” and “Down” (Performed by Jay Sean featuring Lil Wayne) scored the number 1 spot. Followed by “Bed Rock” (Performed by Young Money) and “We Are The World 25″ for Haiti (Performed by Various Artists) peaked at number 2.

Currently, his album Tha Carter IV is #1 On The Billboard 200 for the second week in a row. –BDP
