What Made It So Epic: Jay became the first hip-hop artist to ever headline the British festival. And despite the fact that Noel Gallagher of Oasis and several other critics took Jay to task for the slow sale of tickets initially, the event sold out as usual on the opening day. Jay addressed the situation later on “Jockin’ Jay-Z,” a song that was supposed to appear on Blueprint 3. “That bloke from Oasis said I couldn’t play guitar,” he rapped. “Somebody should have told him I’m a fuckin’ rock star!”
