Meditations. Commit to being silent and still. Even if you start with just 3 minutes per day. Focus your attention on gratitude, and honing positive energy. You may start with this simple mantra. “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can, And wisdom to know the difference.”
