Joe Budden never made it to the stage at last night’s Slaughterhouse show.

With Joey noticeably absent, Slaughterhouse took the stage at their Thursday night show in New York City with only three quarters of its members before revealing that the rapper had been arrested.

The rap quartet announced that their fellow member would not make it to the show and that his arrest stemmed from a 2007 traffic violation.

Upon hearing the news, the packed Best Buy Theater crowd began screaming for the Jersey rapper chanting “Joey, Joey, Joey.”

“We love Joey too, chanting for him ain’t gonna get him outta jail,” responded Royce Da 5’9 before continuing with the set.

The trio performed tracks such as “Hammer Dance” and “Microphone” in addition to a rendition of their 2011 Hip Hop Award cypher. – Jazmine Gray
