Club Anthem: Swedish House Mafia’s Steve Angello -“Yeah”

| September 12, 2012 - 9:28 pm

Following the breakup of EDM’s favorite mega group, Swedish House Mafia, Steve Angello makes his grand re-entry to his post at Size Records (not that he was ever really gone!).
Alongside his mate and brother, AN21 & Max Vangeli, the Swede went back to the studio and started a mission to finish a number of projects he hadn’t given proper attention over the years. Summer 2012 gave Angello his shot at completeing one of his originals called, “Yeah”.

Ever since it leaked last year, the track has been one of the most highly anticipated releases to come. Following the final chapter of SHM, Angello’s first solo release features many of the same characteristics that made the supergroup’s productions into mega club anthems. Using an intoxicating mixture of melody and big room beats and bass drops, this producer has done it once again.

Summer might be over, but “Yeah” will make it steamy up in nightclubs all winter long. Set to release later this month, Pete Tong debuted “Yeah” on his renowned Essential Selection, check it out below!
