We’re pretty sure this has no relation to Justin Bieber’s Arizona concert episode but a vomiting virus has struck thousands of kids in Germany.

According to CBS News, German health authorities say the number of children that have fallen ill with vomiting and diarrhea after eating food from school cafeterias and daycare centers has risen from about 4,500 to 8,400.

Berlin’s health department says the sicknesses are moderate and most children will recover within two days without hospitalization. The government-affiliated Robert Koch Institute said Friday that all facilities where the illness occurred likely received food from a single supplier.

Though the outbreak began Saturday, laboratory researchers continue to investigate the exact cause.
