NYC Nanny Indicted On Murder Charges In 2 Deaths

An NYC nanny who was arrested in October for the alleged stabbing of two children has been indicted on murder charges.

The nanny, identified as Yoselyn Ortega, was accused of killing Leo, 2 and Lucia Krim, 6, three weeks ago in the Upper West Side apartment they lived in with their mother, Marina Krim, and father/ CNBC executive, Kevin Krim. Maria found them when she came home with the victims’ 3-year-old sister, ABC News reports. Yoselyn was in critical condition with self-inflicted wounds up to her neck.

While Yoselyn remains hospitalized, police say they are unsure if she has a lawyer. She is expected to be arraigned via video.
