Vixen Chat: Models Devyn, Sandra, and Ebony Talk Oxygen’s ‘The Face’
The elimination was a big deal for viewers. How did you deal with leaving the show?
There was a little more to the story. Karolina had to make a hard decision, and she chose me. I’m a little upset because I wanted [to win], but it’s just the beginning. It was a learning experience, and I learned a lot from the show.
What was the biggest thing you’ve learned being on the show?
Controlling my anger. I’m not that type of person. I felt there was more to the story off cameras, then people change when they get on camera and make me look like the bully when that’s not the case. They know I don’t play, and they used that against me just to get me out that house.
Do you think you and Naomi can relate on more levels because of her past anger issues?
Yes, and I think that was the main reason I was on Naomi’s team. She sees potential in me because she’s been there. It’s only right that I learn from the best, and that’s what she is.
What’s the best advice Naomi has given you?
Everything. This world is bigger than what I think it is. You have to be prepared for when the big stuff starts happening. You have to have that strength and that courage to do this. If I was on Karolina or CoCo’s team, they probably would’ve kicked me off already, but Naomi saw something in me that a lot of people don’t see.
