Kelly Rowland, The Dream Announce Lights Out Tour

Kelly Rowland and The-Dream prefer the lights off. The two R&B singers are heading out on the joint Lights Out tour that kicks off May 24 in Kansas City, Missouri.

Both Rowland and The-Dream have new albums on the brinks. Rowland’s fourth LP, Talk A Good Game. descends on June 18. The follow-up to 2011’s Here I Am features The-Dream’s production on “Dirty Laundry” and “Skywalker.” Rowland pays back the favor with vocals on The-Dream’s IV Play, which drops May 28.

“I paid a certain amount of dues to get where I am, and I never ask someone to do something [for me] that I feel like I don’t deserve,” The-Dream told VIBE about the guest features on IV Play. In addition to Rowland, Jay-Z, Gary Clark Jr. and Beyonce will appear on the tracklist.
