For the second time in two years, fashion brand ZARA is being accused of inhumane practices at one of their factories. CNN Espanol reports that undocumented immigrant workers and children were working in unsafe conditions in Argentina. According to Juan Gomez Centurion, head of Argentina’s Government Control Agency, some were even held against their will at the workplace when trying to leave without permission.

“Men and children who lived in the place where they worked were not registered and they were living in terrible conditions,” he tells Daily Mail.

In 2011, ZARA paid a $530K fine for slave-like conditions in their Brazil factories. Despite promising to clean up their factories and compensate workers, mistreatment is still happening.
