Mike Tyson is already a character but now, he’s getting animated.

Cartoon Network announced that the veteran boxer would play a toon detective in a new Adult Swim series dubbed Mike Tyson Mysteries. Not only will the retired boxing champ solve wacky crimes, he’ll also be bringing along his prominent face tattoo and trusted sidekick, a foul-mouthed pigeon, which pokes fun at his 2011 documentary that showed his flock of racing pigeons.

The Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth star’s most recent funny man endeavor was a 50 Shades of Grey spoof in Scary Movie 5. and cameo in The Hangover where he also brought along a furry pal, a tiger.

The show is expected to take flight next season, alongside two new Aaron McGruder live-action pilots; although, sadly, descriptions of each are not given to the public. Also, McGruder’s prized baby, The Boondocks is confirmed to return for its fourth season, along with the Black Dynamite animated series.

A premiere date has yet to be released.
