New Music: Azealia Banks Taps Into House Genre On ‘Venus (Ibiza Edition)’

| July 16, 2013 - 9:10 pm

Azealia Banks has done a complete 180 from her usual hard-hitting tracks with a new house joint.

Spitting a few bars in French, the controversial female spitter teams up with DJ Paul Oakenfold and Richard Beynon for “Venus (Ibiza Edition).” The bass-heavy single features an euphoric Banks versus her usually enraged self. The mainstream song is likely to be featured on Oakenfold’s forthcoming LP Pop Killer.
