Dwight Howard Contemplates Houston Rockets Deal, Contacts Los Angeles Lakers

Dwight Howard is “torn in between the two” as the decision to where his next NBA team will be dribbles on.

Hours after a source revealed that D12 will head to the Houston Rockets, ESPN reports that the center contacted the Los Angeles Lakers informing them of his “50-50″ dilemma.

A source affiliated with Howard told the sports network that “he changed his mind,” and walking away from the extra $30 million the Lakers is offering is “harder than we thought.”

If Howard decides to stay with the Lakers, he’ll receive a 5-year deal at $118 million over Houston’s four-year $88 million offer.

The source also mentioned that Howard’s final choice will either come late Friday night or early Saturday morning.
