Miley Cyrus Calls Weed and Molly ‘Happy Drugs’ in Rolling Stone Cover Story
Miley Cyrus’ efforts to shed her good girl image continue with a revealing Rolling Stone cover story. Inside, the tongue wagging pop star delves into a conversation about drug use and her love for a certain green plant.
“I think weed is the best drug on earth. One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon,” she confessed.
Adding more shock to this read is her explanation of Molly, a hard hitting party drug frequently mentioned in rap songs despite its dangerous effects, most recently seen at this year’s cancelled Electric Zoo concert.
“Those are happy drugs—social drugs. They make you want to be with friends. You’re out in the open. You’re not in a bathroom. I really don’t like coke. It’s so gross and so dark. It’s like what are you, from the ’90s? Ew.”
While we’re happy Miley finds cocaine “gross,” we can’t help but wonder how her comments will go over with fans and critics alike.
