Amazon may not scream “fashion,” but the discounts will change your mind. Today, the one-stop shop for pretty much everything expands its online presence with the overdue Luxury Beauty Store. Featuring more than 25 beauty brands (NARS, Deborah Lippman), the site will include markdowns typically not offered by stores.
“We have luxury shoppers. What we have been lacking is luxury brands, and we hope this is the first step to marry our customer’s needs with what brands expect in terms of displaying and selling their luxury [products],” says Chance Wales, Amazon’s Director of Beauty, Health and Care.
The online hub is divided into six categories (skin care, makeup, fragrance, hair care, men, on trend) and includes a trending section run by a dozen beauty editors.
