Genreless Videos Of The Week: Headhunterz, Rizzle Kicks, Audible1, Bipolar Sunshine, Breach
In case you missed them (or want to watch again), here are the top genre-varied music videos that caught our eyes and ears this week:
Headhunterz feat. Tatu “Colors” (Mysteryland Video)
Spring festival season may provide the ‘ultra’ experience, but fall is all about the fantasy as seen in Headhunterz new video from Mysteryland. Joining the ranks along with TomorrowWorld and Beyond Wonderland, the Headhunterz Mysteryland music montage features everything you would find at one of these events, including elaborate stage sets, rave fairies and ‘colorful’ tunes. Own it.
Rizzle Kicks “Skip To The Good Bit”
It’s revenge of the nerds, Rizzle Kicks style. In their new vid they take things back to the old school (literally) with hip-hop beats and threads as they wreak havoc and hormones on their classmates. Now, let’s ‘skip to the good bit.’ Own it.
Audible1 feat. Maz Totterdell “Kaleidoscopes”
In both sounds and visuals, Audible1 has captured the essence of ‘Kaleidoscopes’ in his latest video featuring vocals by Maz Totterdell. A combination of musical forces that can’t be missed, it has potential to become a festival favorite. Own it.
Bipolar Sunshine “Love More Worry Less”
For his new video, it seems as if UK singer Bipoloar Sunshine has enlisted the help director Wes Anderson by featuring saturated colored frames, vast natural landscapes and a misunderstood heroine. Though Wes had no part in m/v, the visuals remain fitting for Sunshine’s sensitive subject matter covered on the track “Love More Worry Less.” Own it.
Breach “Everything You Never Had (We Had It All)”
Music video cinematography has reached a new level of innovation with Breach’s “Everything You Never Had (We Had It All).” In the house inspired track that includes vocals by Andreya Triana, the video vixen dances in sync with several other versions of herself, including ‘soul’ and ‘bones’ personas.
