Kim Kardashian Using Atkins Diet to Lose Baby Weight
Kim Kardashian never lost those killer curves to pregnancy, but the new mommy has enlisted some help to shed those extra pounds. During a recent Twitter chat with fans, the reality star revealed her secret to looking so svelte just months after giving birth.
“I’ve actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv it,” she said.
Created by Dr. Robert Atkins, the heavily endorsed diet focuses more on carb-free meals and less on calorie count. In addition to this, Kardashian is frequently spotted hitting the gym for intense workouts.
