This fall, North America will be getting back a taste of the 90s. It’s been nearly 15 years since hip hop duo Pete Rock and CL Smooth’s touring days, but that will all change for the newly announced “20th Anniversary Mecca And The Soul Brother Tour.” According to AllHipHop, starting Oct. 15 at Washington, D.C.’s Howard Theatre, the legendary pair will be embarking on a 25-city anniversary tour named after their 1992 debut album.

“People will finally get to hear good music and see a good show,” Pete said in a statement. “They get to come out, have a good time and enjoy the music they loved for years.”

“It means a lot because music is the foundation of the world,” CL added. “It gives you an opportunity to know what we contributed and how inspired we were as very young men to get the opportunity to make good music.”
