By now, you probably know about some of the most famous comedians who’ve appeared on rap albums: Chris Rock’s hilarious monologue on Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Cedric the Entertainer on The Black Album, Dave Chappelle’s South African impression on Train of Thought.

Comics have had a long-running affinity with hip-hop, though, and their interactions stretch to far corners of the rap scene. We hunted down some obscure and notable comedian cameos on rap albums.
