Faith Evans Believes LAPD Knows What Happened In Biggie’s Murder Case
On March 9, 1997, rapper Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace was gunned down in a drive-by shooting while sitting in a car outside of an industry party in Los Angeles. Now, almost 17 years later, no arrests have been made in the case and Faith Evans, singer/Biggie’s widow, says that the LAPD knows what really happened.
“We just basically stopped spending our money on trying to hope that the LAPD was going to, you know, do their part, you know what I’m saying?” she said during a recent stop on the Arsenio show. “It’s not closed, it’s just a matter of when they really feel like they want to do the right thing, cause we in our hearts kind of feel like we know what happened and we believe that they know what happened.”
She added, “We’ve definitely gotten to a point where we realize that it’s very possible that may not ever happen, and that’s really sad.”
Faith also brought “Tears of Joy” for a late-night performance. Check her out after the jump.
