Rick Ross just keeps winning. Just recently, he became victorious in the legal battle against Freeway Ricky Ross for his name. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, he’s filed a lawsuit against disbanded pop duo LMFAO for copyright infringement.

Remember that one line in LMFAO’s 2011 hit song “Party Rock Anthem” that goes: “every day I’m shuffling”? Well, Ricky Rozay is claiming that the line is (obviously) a direct rip from Ross’ “Hustlin'” and an attempt to capitalize off his song.

Ross is now seeking the maximum in damages.
