Floyd Mayweather may be the head honcho of the Money Team but he doesn’t play around with his dough. Despite reports that Money May bet $10 million on the Denver Broncos in their Super Bowl showdown against the Seattle Seahawks Sunday (Feb. 2), the undefeated boxing champ says he did not bet at all.

He took to his photo map to refute the rumors:

Under his congratulatory Instagram post to the Seattle Seahawks, he wrote in the caption, “Somebody lied to you all. If I was going to bet, I would have bet on the Seattle Seahawks. I’m the best defensive fighter, it’s only right to go with the best defensive team.”

Floyd also reassured to the public, “The only thing I would bet $10 million on is myself.”
