Diddy May Be Putting In A $200 Million Bid For Fuse TV
Vodka and velour suits aren’t the only play things in Diddy’s portfolio. The rapper-mogul has reportedly put in a $200 million bid for music channel, Fuse TV, according to Bloomberg.
Sources say that the 43-year-old entrepreneur would convert the Madison Square Garden-owned Fuse into Revolt TV, Diddy’s channel that launched on Time Warner Cable last October. He is reportedly one of several bidders.
Should the Bad Boy CEO, formerly known as Puff, seal the deal, it could mean wider distribution deals and higher subscription fees for Revolt.
Kimberly Kerns, a spokeswoman for MSG, told Bloomberg in an e-mail, “As we have stated, we are exploring strategic alternatives for Fuse, and will have no further comment during what is still an ongoing process.”
