Shaquille O’Neal might be in big trouble with the law. According to a police report filed in Atlanta, Ga., the four-time NBA champion allegedly got into a physical altercation with one of his co-workers, named Robert Williams.

The situation reportedly took place at Turner Studios in July 2013, where Williams told the police that Shaq “ran out of a room and hit me with a tackle punch to the back knocking me down and falling on top of me injuring my neck and back.”

The retired basketball player’s lawyer, Dennis Roach, said in a statement released to WSB-TV in ATL that the 42-year-old didn’t attack Williams and the incident “was nothing more than horseplay. No one intended for anyone to get injured.”

Williams’ lawyer contests that statement, saying his client is still recovering from surgery stemming from the assault.

No charges have been filed, but law officials are continuing their investigation.
