Chris Brown Flying Con Air to DC Trial
The battle between Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos and the prosecutor continues as the former fights to keep his client out of jail during his D.C. trial.
After getting kicked out of rehab and landing in jail, the prosecutor insisted on having Brown flown to the district where he’s facing assault charges for attacking a photo bomber last October. However, his attorney filed a motion to have the Grammy winner released during a routine hearing yesterday (Apr 3).
After hearing both arguments, the judge denied Geragos’ request for the troubled singer. As of now, Breezy is in custody of the U.S. Marshal and will be flown in his orange jumpsuit and handcuff accessories to the trial on Monday.
