CeeLo Green has been dropped as the headliner for an upcoming Louisiana festival, along with a September 20th United States Navy sponsored performance amidst his brush with the law. This is just a series of setbacks Green is facing including the canceling of his TBS reality show “The Good Life.”

The rapper, singer, producer and former host of The Voice was scheduled to perform at the Gretna Heritage Festival in Gretna, La., on Oct. 5.

However, since pleading no contest to furnishing ecstasy to a woman at a Los Angeles restuarant in 2012, Green has come under much scrutiny because of a series of Tweets he made about rape, namely “People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!”

The “F*ck You” Grammy-award winning artist later apologized for his Tweets and then deleted his account.
