MLK’s eldest son, Martin Luther King III sat down with Bill O’Reilly for his show, The O’Reilly Factor. While in the midst of having an open debate on the current issues stemming from Mike Brown’s death, the openly critical of blacks host, made comments against protestors that have been wearing the “I Can’t Breathe” shirts.

O’Reilly insisted Obama should provide leadership in the black community and believes that instead of Lebron James wearing the shirt in solidarity, he should be saying:

“You know what, we fight the injustice, and we realize it’s there. But we love our country, and applaud the progress we’ve made, and here’s a pathway to success: Don’t abandon your children. Don’t get pregnant at 14. Don’t allow your neighborhoods to deteriorate into free-fire zones.”
