There’s a new fashion line that is quickly changing the face of “beauty” in the fashion industry.

New York-based designer, Courtney Smith, is behind the vision of of new label Rum + Coke. Her nitch is that she designs beautiful clothing for women sizes 2 to 22. Smith’s ultimate goal with her new line is to show women that they are beautiful in the skin they’re in. How she does it is extremely unique and it’s making her stand out in the competitive industry.

Courtney only uses plus size models who are also women of color in her ad campaigns. “No one questions why there are only small women in other brands’ shoots,” the designer explained to Refinery 29. “I put women of color and “larger” women in my photo shoots—because there are so many women who seldom see women who look like them in advertisements.”

The designer who is extremely active on Instagram with her clients wants women all around the world to just feel confident and beautiful every time she gets dressed.

Rum + Coke gowns, that accentuate every curve, retails from $48 to $200.
