Goldlink Spits Confessions Of Fire On “Pray Everyday (Survivor’s Guilt)”

After the recent announcement of Goldlink’s forthcoming album, At What Cost, the DMV native blesses us with the spiritual and uplifting third single, “Pray Everyday (Survivor’s Guilt).”

This song follows his previous two leaks “Crew” and “Meditation,” which will both be featured on the project. “Pray Everyday” is a brief journey through Goldlink’s own spirituality amongst his troubles with the perilous music industry — and his own vices.

It comes off as a very engrossing three-minute confessional as he spits his truth from his soul over Sevn Thomas’ trapped out, yet brooding and choir backed production. “Pray Everyday” further hits home when the infectious hook fuels soul as he raps, “Pray everyday, say your grace ni**a/Keep the haters, keep the demons away, fam.”

Goldlink also recently tweeted his appreciation for Andre 3000 which could allude that he may (or may not) make an appearance on the album. The entire tracklist has yet to be revealed so anything is possible.

At What Cost will be available everywhere next Friday (March 24). “Pray Everyday,” “Medication,” and “Crew” are now available for purchase on iTunes after pre-ordering the album.
