Lil Wayne Scolded By The Judge?

Lil Wayne Scolded By The Judge?

VIBE Posted October 29, 2012

The litigation surrounding Wayne's current lawsuit against Quincy Jones III over the Tha Carter documentary continues.

Even without Lil Wayne present at his own court hearing, TMZ says Weezy's behavior was criticized by the judge.

After missing a previously scheduled court date due to his two separate medical scares, Weezy's lawyer declared that he would not appear at another hearing set for earlier today. Instead, the judge just scolded Weezy's deposition video in which he is heard mocking the prosecuting lawyer.

TMZ Reports:

Wayne's lawyer told the judge he will play Wayne's deposition tapes for the jury, but there will be NO Wayne in person. But that's a huge problem because the tapes -- which TMZ posted last month -- show Wayne acting like a child, giving glib one liners and refusing to answer questions.

The tapes are hilarious -- but the judge wasn't laughing today, chastising Wayne for displaying "unreasonable conduct in the deposition" and "irresponsible behavior."
