Katt Williams may have gone too far this time.
His erratic behavior and public outburst has caused Brian Herline to file a class action lawsuit against the comedian. On November 16 during a show, Williams had a crazy meltdown and tried to fight several audience members. He also removed his clothes and confronted hecklers with aggressive behavior. He was arrested several days prior in Oakland.
Herline is sueing on behalf of all fans in attendance that night.
According to the lawsuit -- filed on the day before Thanksgiving in Alameda County, CA -- Katt's show ended after just 10 minutes ... but not before he "confronted a heckler, took his clothes off, and attempted to fight at least three audience members."
The suit is seeking unspecified damages for "Katt Williams' non-performance."
