50 Cent to Release New 10-Track EP

50 Cent to Release New 10-Track EP

Posted November 28, 2011

50 Cent is ready to take over the streets once again.

To commemorate the ten year anniversary of his 2002 mixtape 50 Cent Is The Future, the G-Unit leader plans on releasing a 10-track EP for fans.

After a little back-and-forth with T.I. last week on Twitter, 50 is focusing his energy on the “Big 10": ten new tracks scheduled to be released sometime next week. This will hold fans down until his fifth studio album Black Magic, is ready to make impact. 50 has beening dropping freestyles for his Street King campaign and also treated fans with a part two of “What Up Gangsta,” from 2003’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’.

The hip-hop mogul wants to make this occasion very special. He also jumped on Twitter to announce that every track will have its own video. “I’m shooting videos for every song on the tape,” he wrote. “The BIG 10 I got something for a haters ass it called hits lol.”

Aside from gearing up to release some new music, 50 is staring in a film that showcases his dramatic 2010 weight loss, titled All Things Fall Apart, which is slated for an early 2012 release. --Eric Diep
