50 Cent says racism played a part in his latest court case.
The rapper entered into arbitration with Sleek Audio after filing a lawsuit claiming the company owed him more than a quarter million dollars. The arbitrator decided against 50 - and now the rapper says he will take the case to federal court.
50 says the arbitrator ruled against him because he is a famous black rapper, rather than on the merits of his case. 50 claims he was not allowed to access to witnesses or evidence during the case, thanks to the arbitrator's bias.
Sleek Audio disputes the claim, but 50 still says he will have the ruling appealed.
