Actor Burt Reynolds Hospitalized For Flu

Actor Burt Reynolds was hospitalized Friday for severe dehydration after coming down with the flu.

Reynolds was hospitalized in his native Florida after several days of being ill with the flu that has swept the country in recent weeks. Reynolds was hospitalized after experiencing severe dehydration.

Although Reynolds was hospitalized, a rep for Reynolds says the actor, best known for roles like "Smokey And The Bandit" and "Boogie Nights," will make a full recovery.
