Adult Swim Teams With World Star Hip Hop For New Pilot

World Star Hip Hop is taking its talents to Adult Swim.

Adult Swim announced in a press release today (May 7) that they have teamed up with the #1 urban site to develop a new pilot for the network. The show will be a spin off of WSHH as a live-action-single-cam comedy that will also feature celebrity guests. The pilot will be executive produced by WorldStar’s founder, Q, and Devon Shepard, who has also produced MadTV and House of Lies.

Since its emergence in 2005, WorldStarHipHop.com has had a major online presence due to their coverage of hip hop culture and news and user generated video content, attracting 20 million page views a day and 30 million unique viewers a month. Adult Swim has an impressive reach as well, being seen in 99 million U.S. homes.
