Alicia Keys Performs ‘Brand New Me’ for Halle Berry at BET Honors

This year’s BET Honors saluted TD Jakes, Chaka Khan and Halle Berry but Alicia Keys tickled the ivory especially Berry. Performing “Brand New Me,” Keys rocked the stage in a red skin-showing ensemble. In addition, the annual event called on the services of Erykah Badu, Brandy and Ledisi to help pay homage the wonderful honorees. — D.J. Larsen
