Amanda Bynes has allegedly been given the boot from her New York City apartment, according to In Touchmagazine.
The former Nickelodeon star “was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events,” a source told the mag. “At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment. She is officially gone from the building.”
Before her May 23 arrest, tenants have been in the process of trying to evict Amanda due to her reported marijuana use and rude behavior.
“Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment," the insider added. "She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people."
Her eviction comes as her parents are reportedly attempting to secure an involuntary conservatorship, similar to that of Britney Spears.
Despite the madness, Bynes' attorney insists she is fine. “Amanda is a normal client,” attorney Richard Hutton told E! News. “I’ve seen no indication of anything other than that. She is fully cooperating with me.”
While she may appear sane to her legal help, the 27-year-old has been working on herself cosmetically, revealing that she got a second nose job.
“My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!” she tweeted Sunday. “I’m getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I’m awake but under general anesthesia. It’s almost perfect.”
While altering her face may not be the way to solve her legal problems, Bynes continues to pile on the beef with e-foes like Chrissy Teigen, Rihanna ex-NSYNC member Lance Bass and most recently, In Touch itself.
Fuck the ugly editors of Intouch! I'm not racist! My account was hacked!
