America's Best Dance Crew Judge, Shane Parks Caught Up In Disturbing Sex Scandal

The child molestation case involving America's Best Dance crew ex-judge Shane Sparks just reached another level in WTF! In addition to allegedly sexually abusing at least six young girls, a woman has come forth with claims that Sparks raped her when she was only 12-years-old.

According to documents retrieved by TMZ, which were just made public, the victim claims that in 1994 Sparks took her to his house after a dance practice. Once there, he initiated a kiss and then "rolled on top of her and pinned her beneath him." The details get even more vivid as the doc continues. It also reads "The victim told him she was a virgin and not ready for intercourse" but Sparks "ignored her pleas and penetrated her vagina for several minutes. He then drove her home."

This all comes following a plea deal Sparks made with the L.A. County District Attorney where he received 270 days in jail after pleading no contest to having unlawful sex with a minor under 16. If allegations are in fact true, let's hope they bury this sick predator UNDER the jail!—Keenan Higgins
