Anastacia Cancer Returns, Singer Cancels Tour

Sad news for singer Anastacia. The 44-year-old American songstress has been diagnosed with breast cancer for a second time, forcing her to cancel an upcoming European tour and resume her fight against cancer.

After beating breast cancer in 2003, Anastacia will have to gear up again for another fight.
