Good news: You can now cop a MacBook Retina Pro for a few less dollars. Apple has slashed the price of its 13-inch laptop from $1,699 to $1,499.
The $200 savings should help out penny-pinching Apple disciples. Released last June, the 13-inch model has also gotten an interior facelift and now boasts 256 GB of storage, not to mention Apple’s crisp Retina display.
Babe bro—the 13-inch MacBook Air—also got a cost cut, going from $1,499 to $1,399, while Apple’s more premium models received an extra boost under the hood.
According to ABC News, the price reductions are partially due to the decreasing value of laptop parts, says tech analyst Ben Bajarin.
