The iTunes Festival will hop across the pond again this fall for a smorgasbord of acts.
The annual event in London (now running in its eighth year) will feature a diverse groups of performers including Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams, Sam Smith, Blondie, Calvin Harris, and David Guetta. In all, over 60 acts are scheduled to perform at the Roundhouse in Camden throughout September.
Fans can win free tickets by entering the official ballot via the iTunes store. However, for those unable to experience the festival firsthand, all 30 shows will be live streamed using either iTunes or the iTunes festival iOS app.
Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, said in a statement, “These live shows capture the heart and soul of iTunes and we love bringing them to our customers in the Roundhouse, as well as to the millions of people watching all over the world for free.”
