Apple is a beast. This is evident after Steve Job’s brain child announced that they sold 9 million iPhones in 3 days, setting a new record for first week sales. The company not only packed last Friday with the launch of its iPhone 5s and 5c models but by pulling the trigger on its iOS7 software update, which by the way, was downloaded by 200 million of you.

“This is our best iPhone launch yet―more than nine million new iPhones sold―a new record for first weekend sales,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “The demand for the new iPhones has been incredible, and while we’ve sold out of our initial supply of iPhone 5s, stores continue to receive new iPhone shipments regularly. We appreciate everyone’s patience and are working hard to build enough new iPhones for everyone.”

The new additions to the iPhone family not only boast an array of colors to choose from (blue, green, pink, yellow and white for the 5c crowd and gold, silver or space gray for the 5s crew) but Touch ID, a feature that allows a user to lock and unlock their phone with just a pat of the finger along with the iOS7 system.
