Arnold Schwarzenegger is writing a memoir for release in October 2012. Simon & Schuster released a statement revealing that the book, entitled Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story will discuss the breakup of his marriage to Maria Shriver in addition to his youth in Austria and his work in bodybuilding, film, and politics.
“Truly, Arnold is one of the most fascinating figures of our time, and one of the greatest success stories in the world. Nobody has a life story even close to his," said a publisher at Simon & Schuster.
The memoir will be co-written by Peter Petre, formerly the executive editor of Fortune, who also helped with books by Alan Greenspan and Norman Schwarzkopf.
