What goes around, comes around.
A$AP Rocky found himself in hot water last year after allegedly slapping a female fan during his performance at the Made In America Festival while making his way through a swarming crowd. In turn, charges where filed against the Harlem rapper but subsequently dropped after Lisamarie Wade, a state's witness for the defendant, failed to show up in court. However, Wade is back at it once again.
According to Courthouse News, she went to Federal Court on July 17 to sue not only A$AP Rocky and his entourage, but Live Nation Entertainment, Roc Nation, and several security guards as well as the event's subcontractors and coordinators. Although Wade become acquainted with Rocky's palm over a year ago, she claims that she still suffers from “muscle spasm, migraine headaches, intense pain that radiates from her shoulders and into her arms and fingers, and exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.”
She's seeking compensatory and punitive damages for civil assault and battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability. A$AP Rocky has yet to address the matter publicly.
