'Avengers' Sequel Already in the Works

Disney CEO, Bob Iger, has announced that there will be a sequel to The Avengers.

In addition to previous announcements that a third Iron Man and sequels to Thor and Captain America: The First Avenger will be coming in the next two years, Iger revealed that the critically acclaimed Avengers will also have another installment, although he did not reveal a timeline for the new film.

Iger also mentioned that Disney theme parks are working on adding Avengers-themed attractions.

The record-breaking movie currently boasts global sales of over $702 million.
