Female rapper Azealia Banks was back to beefing on timelines after coming for the producer of her new track "Harlem Shake."
She dropped the fiery single Thursday night only for beatmaker Baauer to have it removed from Soundcloud because the Harlemite allegedly used the beat without permission. Never one to back down from a digital rumble, Banks tweeted back, "@baauer why you c---blockin tho? Lmaoo." He responded, “@AZEALIABANKS because it’s not your song lol.”
The self-proclaimed Yung Rapunxel, whose single of the same name was supposed to drop Feb. 12, then added more insult, "@baauer you’re a p*ssy. You don’t belong in hip hop."
Soon after, her former digital arch enemy Perez Hilton sandwiched himself in between timelines by coming to Baauer's defense. “@AZEALIABANKS How does it feel to be better known for all your trash-talking than your music, Azealia? #TeamBauuer," he tweeted.
Banks then went on a multi-tweet tirade against the popular blogger (again), topping it off with a direct anti-gay slur. "Perez tries to get every gay person all riled up when the only f*ggot I see ........ is him," she wrote before claiming her rights. "You give me free speech and then tell me what I can and cannot say???"
Her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste is yet to be released.
