This could be considered an interference for Victor Cruz's salsa dance.
Baltimore Ravens' safety Ed Reed was dealt a hefty fine costing $55,000 for his fourth quarter hit on the New York Giants' star, an NFL spokesperson says. As first reported by NFL insider Jay Glazer, Reed was fined for attacking Cruz's head and neck area. He was also flagged for a 15-yard foul when he made contact with the defense player's head during Sunday's game between Baltimore and NY.
Cruz called it a "solid shot" but got his head back in the game a few plays later.
